Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
Our PRP offers individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions a variety of services to keep them functional in the community while decreasing homelessness and promoting stability.
Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC)
Our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic offers community-based care for a multitude of mental health needs. We are committed to reducing the stigmas that surround mental illness through the provision of high quality services that include community integration and care coordination.
